Rob is a high achieving internationally recognised specialist in soft tissue surgery with broad experience of working in veterinary academia and private referral veterinary practice.
Throughout his career he has maintained a strong and consistent publication record and forged a number of successful collaborations with academia and industry. Rob’s clinical and educational activities have had a positive impact on advancing small animal veterinary surgery and he has developed a number of novel surgical procedures for the management of respiratory, cardiovascular and urogenital tract diseases in the dog and cat.
In 2002, Rob was awarded the BSAVA Simon Award for outstanding contributions to veterinary surgery.
