Amy has worked with animals for 18 years and has spent the last 13 of those within the veterinary sector. She graduated from the University of Chester in 2013 with a degree in Biological Sciences, specialising in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Amy has a strong interest in internal medicine, surgery and inpatient care. She joined the Dovecote team in early 2022 and is now one of our Team Leaders. She recently achieved her National Certificate in Medical Nursing and is currently undertaking a management qualification to further develop her leadership skills.
Outside of work, Amy shares her home with several rescue animals and enjoys clay pigeon shooting and air rifle shooting in her spare time.
