Mandy joined Dovecote Veterinary Hospital in September 2001 as a part-time emergency receptionist, and became a full-time in house receptionist in 2009. She then went on to become Head receptionist in October 2021
In sept 2012 she qualified as an AMTRA/RAMA C-SQP. Mandy has also undertaken the Blue Cross pet bereavement course to become a pet bereavement support advisor.
She has three Flat-Coated retrievers and a Border Collie. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys spending time showing her Flat-coated Retrievers, reading and likes nothing more than time away at the beach with family and the dogs.
